The documentation of the MSL misses the fact of internal gearwheel visualization if the 'extra' parameter is less than zero.

Fixed in 4cbfe1e.

The documentation of the extra parameter for gearwheels in MultiBody.Visualizers.FixedShape/.FixedShape2 and in MultiBody.Visualizers.Advanced.Shape was improved (a negative extra value characterizes an internal gear wheel).
