Typo in Multibody/Frames.mo

There is a small typo in [source:Modelica/trunk/Modelica/Mechanics/MultiBody/Frames.mo#L2128 line 2128 of Multibody/Frames.mo]: "Return quaternione orientation". In other places are two more variants present:

• "Return quaternions orientation ..."
• "Return quaternion orientation ..."

This should be unified.

Fixed in 236b8a4. (Unified to "Return quaternion orientation")
