Fallout New Vegas Steamdeck (with dock) 'Your display doesn't support selected resolution'

When I try to launch fallout nv on my steamdeck which I recently modded through mo2, it pops a message telling me exactly what the title says. I've tried launching the game without any mods selected and I get the same message. The exact message I get says "Failed to initialize renderer Your display doesn't support selected resolution. Please set a new resolution in Fallout New Vegas launcher under display settings" I understand this is probably an easy fix, but I'm not really a tech fella. If anyone can help me that would be great, but please explain it very clearly (I'm a little new to modding on steamdeck).

This is due to the unmodded Fallout NV support for screens, you need to start again Fallout NV Launcher and edit the graphics resolution to match your docked screen. You'll need to do it each time you're playing on the steam deck screen or your docked screen.

It's an issue unrelated to MO2 though
