ms-respond for shorthand?

E.g. padding-top and padding-bottom should get the value assigned, but padding-left and padding-right should be 0, can ms-respond be used for a padding shorthand instead using it twice, for padding-top and padding-bottom?

Thanks for the issue, this would be really nice. I can’t think of a clean way to do this off the top of my head but I’ll think about it.
