Avoid generating mf-manifest in a shell that doesn't expose anything using nextjs-mf?

Hello,

I'm looking to configure a NextJS shell application that is not planning on exposing anything, so I don't want to generate a mf-manifest file. Currently it doesn't seem like there's a way to do this in the nextjs-mf plugin (unless I missed something)?

Am I able to create a shell application on Next without generating/exposing a manifest file?

why does it matter?
manifest file still useful or needed for stuff like the chrome extension since it still shares code or consumes it.

Got it. I was originally looking to avoid publishing if nothing would consume the shell's manifest. Sounds like it's useful for debugging purposes.
