Cannot save template change

For some reason, changing the template for a document and then "saving" does not commit the change to the DB! Template changes must be manually performed in phpMyAdmin :(

Change and set the "date_timezone" System Setting and that will fix this. It's already been fixed here: modxcms/revolution@b79afaa

Hi,

I am not sure this was fixed. I can't change the template in RC3.
I mean, I can change it, but it refreshes back to the previous one when it reloads. If I'm quick enough to click save before the reload is done, it works.

I also set up the time to America/Toronto both in the manager and the htaccess file.
