manage web-users (manager buttons + filter like in manage elements)

Question for Niсola1971, as it has already done so on. I think it would be cool to make a control in the user table.

Namely, the button: delete, remove the lock.
And maybe you can add a filter, as in the controls.

This solution allows users to manage faster and more convenient :)
that will tell the community?

@Fr3ddy7 yes, It is in my plans from a lot of time :-)

But i think it's better replace the old datagrid.class with something more modern, instead add all new features one by one (filters, better pagination, checkbox..)

@Fr3ddy7 , help is always welcomed :) but, before, we need to discuss and choose the best grid to replace all manager grids: manage users, manage webusers, child resources...

i've done some tests with datatables and bootgrid. and i want to try http://fooplugins.github.io/FooTable/index.html and https://vuejs.org/
