Transferring grade 5 to grade 6 #331

there is no option to promote from one academic year to another academic year.

ex : transferring from grade 5(YR2019) to grade 6(YR2020).

option 1 : promote them to a pool in YR2020 and transfer
option 2 : enable to transfer among the academic years.
