Add Support for Android (11) "bubbles"

I'm opening a new issue as the old one was specific for android Q.
Android 11 have this new feature called bubbles it was introduced in android Q early build but it was added in android 11.
My request is the same as here #1407 .
Can you add the feature now that it is a thing and that android 11 is more mainstream.

This is the only reason I use my default messenger over this right now. I much prefer this messenger in every other aspect
