"Invisible" config value causing crash: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: Unknown Config value MISC for spawn-limits

Description of issue :

I have used mohist version 736 for days, and now decided to update to 746. And it throws error. I have investigated - tried all middle versions one by one, got that 742 works, but 743 throws error.

I have not changed any "basic" mohist configs for like 3 weeks since I have installed it, it was ~700 version then.
Sure have no such config option there. Found "misc: 10" two times in spigot.yml file that I have in server directory, but section name is different.

What I did:

• removed completely bukkit.yml and spigot.yml to have it generated anew. Not helped.
• tried to add "misc: 10" line in spawn-limits: section of bukkit.yml - nothing changed.

Error happens after it detects all mods and plugins and as I guess tries to initialize bukkit part of engine.
