GTK3.14 - 24x24 actions and symbolic icons #24

I don't know the reason behind their existence, but having *-symbolic.svg icons in 24x24/actions ends up in GTK+ 3.14 applications using those icons instead of the ones in symbolic/actions, which translates in big-arse icons in toolbars. Deleting the icons fixed the issue:

This has been fixed in faba-icon-themes-4.0-0~259 (commit 29d9e54).
