Flash security xmlsocket server and client for port 843

自己搭建 Flash Socket 应用的时候会用到。

使用方法：

go run XmlSocket_843_Server.go

或者：

直接运行 XmlSocket_843_Server.exe

另外, c版本的, 推荐用这个，linux下直接运行make就可以编译完成:
