Description

When this happened, I was not fully aware of the concept of Ether tokens. I wanted to convert my "The DAO" tokens to ETH, but selected the latter to convert, sent the token to the ShapeShift address, and now they are stuck there, as SS is not willing to help, even though the tokens are worth 20K USD, some time ago even 50K.
