Moment-with-locale.js is missing its comment

Moment-with-locale.js is missing its top of the file comment compared to Moment.js which has the comment at the top of the file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download Moment.js from website
2. Download Moment-with-locale.js
3. Compare the comment at the top of both files

Expected behavior
The comment appears at the top of both files

Additional context
The comment is very useful for the product I help maintain as its installed on site for each customer, this allows us to verify the version used when troubleshooting issues that appear on customers sites without having to cross reference our own version numbers.
