At the beginning of the school year, when a bunch of students have just registered, it can be difficult to remember everyone's name. While it's usually fine to just ask the student for their name, it'd be nice if the app could track a photo of the student's face.

Part of this story is to update the check-in/check-out page to have a toggle-able "photo mode" where each student's photo is displayed. We want this to be toggle-able (and not always on) because displaying photos will cause each student to use up a lot more screen space, which would be detrimental to the user experience if the user already knows everyone's name.

The option to upload a photo should appear in the "register student" and "edit student" pages. There should be the option to upload a photo, and also to take a new photo (for mobile devices). That is, the app should allow the user to either upload a pre-taken photo or to take a photo on-the-spot.

For discussion, should we disallow uploading photos of a student unless they're fully registered (and have thus signed the photo release)?
