サブディレクトリにインストールしようとすると、xoops_trust_path が公開ディレクトリ配下になってしまいます。
path.to.url/momoxo/ という感じにインストールした時、xoops_trust_path は　path.to.url/xoops_trust_path　になります。　インストール後に、html/config/config.php を編集することで外に追い出せますが、インストール前にxoops_trust_pathを変更する手立てがあれば良いかもしれません。
