To facilitate using this project as a package, code is now organized in three folders, cmd, internal and pkg. Code that can be used by others can be bound under pkg. Also, updated Go version to 1.18 and upgraded deps and tools. Signed-off-by: moncho <50428+moncho@users.noreply.github.com>
