Build HTML version of the guide and publish it on moneroecosystem.org

I was thinking that now that we have a website for the Ecosystem, would be coold to upload the guide directly there in a HTML format as planned long ago. Actually, would be enough to upload it as simple markdown in a blog post.
I will do it after the last release (1.6) is ready.

@Lafudoci What do you think about it? would be better to create a new file for the guide and link to it from the blog post or directly put the guide instead of the post? maybe adding a small introduction and a link to this repo? This last option sounds like the best ATM.

The post of moneroecosystem.org is better to be brief and with external link to the complete and up to date content.
