A bunch of intermittent communication failures after the rebase. Otherwise, I think it works fine.

Things to be done:

  • Complete the remaining few deprecated RPC calls
  • HTTP auth / HTTPS
  • rewrite the tests in monero-0mq here(?)
  • use a well structured set of error codes and messages for IPC
  • remove stray epee code
  • fix OS signal handling which zmq messes up by default (ctrl+c doesn't work)

Fixed issue with issuing legacy RPC daemon commands

As the core RPC server is being redone to use ZeroMQ and the legacy RPC
is being wrapped around that, RPC IP and Port args still need to stick
around for the daemon's remote invocation.  This will likely change in
the near future.
