Windows: Can't to send my moneros

I screened the video with this error.
I restored my wallet from high 0 and connected to remote node. But I can't to send my moneros!
If I rescanned my balance the error is not going anywhere.

I generated it with lincoins-master. The first 2 and last 2 hexadecimal-seed symbols are 0.
No, I didn't change, this is official wallet.
In other platforms I see some output transactions from account # 0, but I didn't see any transactions from subaccounts # 1 and # 2 of account # 0.

I did not send to this any moneros, I just rescanned this address, but monero-gui writes that it has 10 moneros.

You claimed they are "your" monero so it seemed like you have sent them to this address.

It says 10 monero because it's not a valid seed. It requires a source code change to see the correct balance.
