unable to send amount to another account with in wallet #23

I have created two account within wallet.

If i try to send the amount to another account it throws,

Did you send funds from your wallet back to that same wallet? This warning message might reflect an inability to distinguish between the amount sent and the change.

That wallet crashes. when I try to open it, It automatically closes from monerov-wallet-cli
