Support for Arabic Language

Arabic language is currently not shown correctly in the chart's labels. This is the same issue as arabic characters not appearing in the microcharts-dotnet/Microcharts repo

Would you be willing to accept a PR where we adopt the solution mentioned in this comment and switch to using canvas.DrawShapedText(shaper,text,0,0, paint); instead of canvas.DrawText(text, 0, 0, paint); or possibly add an alternative method such as "DrawShapedLabels" that would allow "drawing of shaped text" without changing the current behaviour?
