View Stock Transactions windows needs redesign

Transactions are not sorted.
Columns have inconsistent formatting and are not aligned.
There is no information about account linked to transaction (this can be any existing account) - user cannot quickly edit shares transaction.

This view should be implementing as standard transaction panel with all editing, sorting, filtering capabilities.
