MMEX closes when creating or opening an database

Description of the bug

When creating a new or opening an existing database, MMEX just closes without any error message. The last version that works for me is 1.5.13. Have tried to both upgrade the existing installation and downloaded the portable version without any difference.

Reproduction

Is the bug reproducible?

• Randomly
• Happened only once

Reproduction steps:
Create a new database and select the base currency and press finish. Then select type of account and name and press finish.

Expected result:
The new database is created

Actual result:
MMEX closes without any error messages.

Additional information

It seems that the bug was introduced after version 1.5.13
When selecting the base currency, the fixed rate is N/A and when trying to do a online update I get the following error message: "Could not find base currency symbol!" In version 1.5.13 that I use, the name of the column is "Last rate" and is filled out with 1.000

Hi,
Since v1.5.14, when I attempt to open money manager, I get a dialog box with this message "The database you aretrying to open is marked as opened in another MMEX instance". MMEX crashes when I close the dialog box.
Anyone have a solution?

Could you try to find mmexini.db3 file (possible in ~/.mmex folder) and delete it?
