Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

For many of my contacts, I have entered relationships to other people that I don't have contacts for, and who I don't know well. Sometimes not even the full name.
It does make sense for these people to show up in selections like the activity participants, but it gets confusing with many of those in such a list. I don't always remember these people, and there is a chance for duplicates, especially with just first names.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be helpful if, for non-contact people, their relationship to one of my contacts was displayed along the name:
E.g.:

Jane (John Doe's significant other)
John Doe

(where only John Doe is a proper contact)
