Trying to export ,json, get error: "Unable to delete file located at: /var/www/html/storage/app/"

As the title says. I am using Monica 4.0

Export to SQL also doesn't work. No error, other than at the bottom of the page saying "failed". I know this is a common problem where the export actually worked, but in my case "var/www/html/storage/app/public/exports" directory is empty.
