[] Add unique itemsID to the blacklist,
[x] Create new macros for the Shadowlands,
[x] Update addon panel for new macros
[x] Upade eunums
[x] Update backdrop changes

LE_ITEM_QUALITY_UNCOMMON -> Enum.ItemQuality.Uncommon
LE_ITEM_QUALITY_RARE -> Enum.ItemQuality.Rare
LE_ITEM_QUALITY_EPIC -> Enum.ItemQuality.Epic

Note: wowhead does not contain good database for the unique itemsID for disenchanting.
