Cannot make rule management work

FroceBackgroundTab works perfectly for me when I make the Default behavior Background.

If set I set the Default behavior to be Default and try to use rule management to specified specific domains, it does not work.

Rules I have tried that do not work:

• www.inoreader.com*

Browser is Vivaldi 3.1
Extension version 2.2.0

I have also been unable to get it to work. I cannot find documentation of how we are supposed to do it.
