[forge 43.3.9][1.19.2]Pasting link to uploaded .mp4 breaks everything

I am able to upload and get the url for .gif .png and .mp4 files, and I am able to paste the link for gifs and pngs onto a web display to view them, but when I paste a link to an uploaded mp4 the following happens:

after a moment the screen turns black with an empty video border box (play button, outline, time stamp etc.)
all commands in server block respond with "query timed out, check logs"
world crashes when i attempt to save and quit world, seems to correctly save however.

These are the logs from an instance where I simply opened the game, joined a single player world, uploaded an mp4, tried to paste the link to the webdisplay, and left the world, resulting in a crash.

I can provide and more logs, videos, pictures, and tests if that would help

I'm also unable to upload anything on the server block while on a multiplayer server, but that's an issue for later.
