Unable to upload maps on slow connections #106

On slow connections (ie ADSL upload at 1Mbs for example), it is not possible to upload DD2VTT files to an external server.
The same map, imported in a Foundry instance on the local network, works perfectly.

It seems there is a timeout or something since v9 release that prevents slow uploads.
