[WFRP4e] Character Creation - Skills & Talents - Random Talent Roll Blocking Submission

When using the Character Creation tool, when making a character such as a Dwarf, High Elf or Wood Elf that do not get random talents during the Skills & Talents step, the dialog will throw an error "Random Talents not rolled" when trying to submit the step. Since there is no Roll Random Talents button for these Species, the dialog is impossible to advance and the character can not be created.

I first experienced the issue after upgrading to the latest versions of WFRP on our current game. I then created a new World with only wfrp4e-core enabled and still go the bug.

Bug happens even in a new world with only the Core module enabled.
