To create a new RFC, open a pull request that adds the RFC proposal to RFCs/.
Discussion on RFCs should take place in the comments of their pull requests.
- PRs of accepted RFCs will be merged into this repo
- PRs of rejected RFCs will be closed
- RFCs with open PRs are open for discussion
