Slow Connection As Soon As I Open a Game on Lenovo Legion #1284

I have used Moonlight Successfully before with the Nvidia GameStream before they discontinued it. I have switch computers since then and I am trying to use Sunshine+Moonlight to achieve the same results. Initially, things look the same. I can actually bump up my bitrate from 20 to 60 mbps with no issue on my 5G network. The problem is as soon as I start a game, I get the slow connection message and everything freezes. Up until, I start a game, everything is fine.

I've tried casting (awful all-around aside from simplicity to setup), I've tried parsec (awful latency), I've tried Steam Link (I don't like the reliance on Steam) but moonlight seems to be the most stable application for me. I've run this exact setup before for a few hours (same location, same game) and it worked, so it's saddening to see it not working now.

I use:
720p
60 fps
20 Mbps
Prefer Low Latency
Stereo
Play Audio on PC
Use Small Box Art

Everything else I haven't looked at or touched
