Grails download and detection added to the SDK Installer.

Necessary changes also applied towards detection and auto-setup logic to Moonshine to work with the SDK Installer library.

This worked for me on macOS, using the App Store build:

I found a bug when I had an existing path set for Grails from my earlier tests, but I'll report this separately.

We noticed today that the version information was not displayed for Grails in the About page. @rat-moonshine implemented this, but it shows a special character or pipe in the line:

This is fine for the 2.3.0 release.
