When parsing an empty String, parseQueryString() returns an object with an empty key/value-pair.

How to reproduce:
var q = "".parseQueryString();

Expected:
q = {}

Actual result:
q = { =""}

I'm using Firefox 8.0 on Win7 32-bit.
