We've been talking about "how many protocols", but it's worth making an explicit decision about "how many solutions".

The charter text mentions "a solution", but a a minimum, we're talking about accommodating extensions. We can say "one or more solutions", or we can say "solutions", or we can say "a solution" and hope that the solution in the charter doesn't limit the working group from doing the right thing, but we should be intentional about whatever we do. .

How many solutions makes me think about how many problems and we have many problems. Would "interoperable solutions" (note plural but interoperable) be a better way to say this ?
