[BUG] No scroll for countries list dropdown in the login page. #298

Describe the bug
There is no scroll to navigate the list of countries in the dropdown when trying to login for the first time using phone number.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the link (login page) - https://web.telegram.org/k/
Click on countries dropdown menu.
See error (no scroll to navigate)

Expected behavior
A scroll is required to navigate the list of countries
