List of unrestricted unifications & annexations

Decisions, events, etc. that perform unification or annexation and are not restricted, but should. Very low priority: we’ll gladly take PRs, but there’s bigger fish to fry out there.

Script not excluding colonial countries

Without a check for post_colonial_country, these decisions/events can essentially allow a dedicated player to e.g. release-annex (for free infamy discounts) if not outright core most of Africa.

• decisions/Irredentism.txt: greater_finland, actually costs infamy per country so not even a big deal
