This is a placeholder until I get time to fix it. As far as I am aware, there is no good reason for Nicaragua to annex and instantly re-release Miskito Kingdom (MSK) as part of its flavor. This should be a simple fix if that conclusion is true.

Additionally, I had thought that #46 fixed this, but it seems that it potentially did not.
