It looks like Travis CI changed their pricing back in November of 2020 and no longer offer free plans. The CI for this repo (which was utilizing my roundup-travis configuration, has not been running since (not that I've committed any changes in that time period).

So, time to migrate from Travis CI to GitHub Actions.
