The following GUI commands do not include Sholl-based metrics.

  • Utilities -> Compare Reconstructions/Cell Groups
  • Analyze -> Frequency Analysis -> Distribution of Cell Properties..

It would be nice to extend them to Sholl traits, so that the GUI matches the scripting API of SNT.
