Wonderful tool.

Curious to see your roadmap on directly using a csv/tsv/json files as config and input.

My own use case is basically just using Genbank/GFF/Bed format files as input. Therefore, I cannot provide many examples using CSV/TSV/JSON files as input as you request.

Also, I do not plan to include examples with external files such as CSV/TSV/JSON as input in future documents for the following reasons.

  1. It would be tedious to explain the contents and format of external files.
  2. Using external files makes it troublesome to write documentation in jupyter notebook alone
  3. I would like to keep the style of the documentation to simply explain the functionality of the pyCirclize API.
    (Including the preprocessing code for external files would make the documentation complicated)
