Note the following to activate the program:
1. Check the `constans.php` file in path `/bootstrap/constans.php` and correct the values
2. Import database `newstateuc.sql`
3. Check the `config.php` file in path `/bootstrap/config.php` and correct the values
4. Correct the font address in the css files
