RTP streaming is a bit of a hack at the moment, we just prepend and fill out an RTP header and write to the socket.

It would probably be a good idea to start using an existing RTP library. Milan already suggested JRTPLIB.

Care should be taken to ensure we don't introduce any additional latency.
