目前好像还没有获取全部token 列表的这个功能可以参考这里的接口获取一份

精度如何获取参考 https://github.com/starcoinorg/starcoin-explorer/blob/main/src/utils/sdk.ts#L149_L161

比如 111,111,111.22 这样的数字
