Setup.py installation failed #3

I am unable to execute setup.py install. If I use python 3.6 and install TensorFlow 1.13, it gives an error, unsupported python version and asks to get python 3.8.
and if I install python 3.8 then it's not letting me install Tensorflow 1.13.

Can you please help me with the proper packages and library virsions?

Installing every package individually solved the problem.
