Not sure why, but I couldn't install the plugin:

https://secure.toolness.com/xpi/collusion.html

After disabling convergence it works. Could it be some issue with the plugin signing?

You need to be more specific!

What OS?
What browser (version)?
What other plugins do you use?

If you're using Firefox, please post output when running in console mode:

Linux> firefox -console
Win> c:..path to programs..\Mozilla Firefox\Firefox.exe -console

Well crap, it appears that FF doesn't like accepting XPI installs secured by non-"stock" certificates. Which is strange, because it'll accept non-SSL installs entirely. We'll have to look into this more.
