[Bug]: Speech to text in widget search bar inherits system language rather than STT settings

Steps to reproduce

1. Set default speech-to-text (in my case Google) language different from system language. (Example: system language English, STT language German)
2. Verify that actual STT language is the one set at step 1 (for example using STT from keyboard icon in app)
3. Use the speech to text search from widget (mic icon)
4. Speak the keywords for the search

Expected behaviour

Speech to text convert spoken words in set language (Italian, for the example above)

Actual behaviour

Speech to text convert spoken words in system language (English, for the example above)
