Opening new site from QR code shows previous homepage ~1s before loading the new site #19996

While the functionality is not broken, the user perception is not smooth and could cause a poor experience.

Environment
Latest TF Nightly: Apr. 25th 41169
iPhone 12 (17.4.1)
iPhone 13 Pro (15.7.1)
iPhone 15 (17.4.1)

Step

From homepage, tap on QR code scanning icon
Scan a valid QR code
Wait until the new page is loaded.

Expected
The new page loads directly

Actual
The homepage from where the qr code was scanned, is shown briefly.
