Exit Settings, and load cnn.com.
Tap on the ETP shield icon from the toolbar.
From the ETP panel, tap on the "Connection is secure".
Expected behavior
A different panel is displayed containing the blocked cookies - like Fenix displayes.
Actual behavior
A different panel is displayed with the page's name, address, and "Connection is secure" infos.
Nothing about the blocked cookies.
There is no information regarding what cookies are blocked.
With Total Cookie Protection enabled Firefox does not actually block cookies. It isolated (tracking and non-tracking) third-party cookies into separate cookie jars. The UI shown in the screenshots only keeps track of blocked tracking cookies as part of the lsit based blocking in ETP.
