Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Settings - Privacy & Security - Cookies and Site Data - and make sure "Block site-cookies" is selected.
  2. Exit Settings, and load cnn.com.
  3. Tap on the ETP shield icon from the toolbar.
  4. From the ETP panel, tap on the "Connection is secure".

Expected behavior

A different panel is displayed containing the blocked cookies - like Fenix displayes.

Actual behavior

A different panel is displayed with the page's name, address, and "Connection is secure" infos.

With Total Cookie Protection enabled Firefox does not actually block cookies. It isolated (tracking and non-tracking) third-party cookies into separate cookie jars. The UI shown in the screenshots only keeps track of blocked tracking cookies as part of the lsit based blocking in ETP.
